Food Flavour Perception and Detection Seminar, London

RSSL

I have been asked by Kathy Ridgeway of RSSL to give a presentation at a seminar she is running in central London on Wednesday June 22nd. The seminar is titled: Food Flavour Perception and Detection and is foucused upon interesting new developments in the analysis of food flavours.

The title of my presentation is: Chromatography Sample Preparation – Making Sense of the Options and I will be showing a systematic way of evaluating and deciding upon the most appropriate technique, when analysing volatile and semi-volatile organics in food and beverage samples.

If you are planning to attend, I look forward to the opportunity of meeting you.
