Advances in the Chemical Analysis of Food – Programme Now Available

The full programme is now available and includes a talk from one of our Applications Chemists, Kathy Ridgway, on the benefits of flexible sample preparation.
The event is jointly organised by the RSC Separation Science and Food Group and considers analytical chemistry and food. Analytical chemistry is vital to the food industry, the UK’s biggest manufacturing sector, ensuring food is safe, authentic, nutritious and enjoyable.
