Automated Ambient Headspace Analysis from 100mL or 250mL Bottles

The automated analysis of the headspace in 2, 10 or 20mL vials is well documented. This application note details an innovative cap design that permits headspace sampling through a septum held on a GL45 threaded bottle. For automated headspace analysis a tray has been designed to hold 100 or 250mL bottles.
