Fully Automated Online Solid Phase Extraction and GC-MS Analysis of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons from Water Samples

An automated, on-line, Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) method has been developed to extract Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) from water. The system is able to add the required volumes of standard and internal standard solutions to vials to construct calibration curves and also adds the required volume of internal standard solutions to submitted samples.
