Aroma Profiling Workshop

After a lot of interest from our blog post last month, we have decided to hold a workshop on the topic of aroma profiling of consumer products.

The workshop will cover several aspects of aroma profiling, which will include the definition of aroma analysis and why it may be important for your business.

The main focus will be analytical methods and approaches and how to choose the correct one for your samples.

We will also cover linking analytical data to sensory data, and options for data interpretation and visualisation.

On the second day, we will discuss techniques for real time aroma analysis.  The workshop will include both theoretical aspects and practical demonstrations.

We are holding the workshop over 2 days, either 29th/30th September, or 1st/2nd October 2015.

The cost of the workshop is £75 + VAT per person, which is inclusive of all course material, lunch and refreshments for both days.  This cost does not cover any hotel accommodation you may need.

We keep the groups small so that everyone can get hands on in the lab, so it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.   Email me at, or call the office on +44 (0)1223 279210 now to reserve your place.
