CTC CombiPAL to GERSTEL MPS Upgrade Offer

Until the end of December 2017, we have a great promotional offer on CombiPAL-to-MPS upgrades.

This offer enables CombiPAL users to get all the additional benefits of owning a GERSTEL MPS – at a great price.

Why Upgrade?

The GERSTEL MultiPurpose Sampler (MPS) and the CTC CombiPAL share the same XYZ robotic architecture.  This means they look similar; however the MPS is a much more capable instrument.  Consider the following:

A much greater range of sampling techniques supported.  In addition to the liquid, headspace and SPME autosampling is possible with the CombiPAL, the GERSTEL MPS lets you automate labour intensive and error prone manual sample preparation due to the huge range of techniques it supports:

  • Thermal Desorption
  • Dynamic Headspace Sampling
  • Stir Bar Sorptive Extraction
  • Solvent Evaporation
  • Solid Phase Extraction (standard and micro-formats)
  • Dispersive SPE
  • Centrifugation
  • Vortex Mixing
  • Weighing
  • Derivatisation
  • and much more…

Once your CombiPAL has been upgraded, any GERSTEL module can be added to your system and smoothly integrated into preparation sequences with little effort.

Support for automation of your methods; the Maestro software is written in a modular form that enables new capabilities to be added all the time.  If you need to do something out of the ordinary, it is easy  for us to help you.

Once upgraded, the system can be designed for your current method easily and when you need to change your method the module parameters and preparation sequence can be changed with just a few clicks of the Maestro software.  New modules can also be added to your rail to enable new functionality just as simply.

Maestro control software; Maestro integrates, sequences and controls every hardware element in your MPS; giving you the ability to get your system to do exactly what you want it to do.  Maestro integrates with many common GC/LC/MS data systems to give a single, easy to use operator interface.

Prep ahead and ‘just in time’ injection; the Maestro software uses internal algorithms to prepare samples ahead of time so they are prepared ‘just in time’ for injection.  This means time sensitive samples are not sitting waiting for analysis, not only saving time but increasing reproducibility.

Many more headspace samples can be run every day; when time is of the essence, the MPS can work on up to six headspace samples at the same time and has optional 180 or 240 sample capacity.

Anatune Assist; one number to call for help and advice whatever your need, be it hardware, software, method or application.  Our specialists work with the MPS all day, every day, and have un-matched product knowledge that is available for you to tap into.  All of our support staff are fully trained by our suppliers on the systems we supply.

For all of these reasons, we provide upgrade kits that convert CombiPALs into MultiPurpose Samplers.

If you are the manager of a lab that carries out analytical method development, it is important to have the maximum flexibility in sample preparation and automation; sample preparation is where all the work is and is also home to most of the errors too.  Automated sample preparation saves time, money and mistakes.

So here is the deal…
