The Use of Olfactometry to Study Taste and Odour Compounds in Water
Posted on May 16th, 2014
Recently, we have had a lot of interest in the use of GC-Olfactometry (GC-O) as a tool to assist in the identification of off-odours in water.
Jeff Stubbs has just drawn my attention to this article published in Environmental Science and Technology that discusses the role of GC-O in the detection of problem compounds in water process research.
If you are involved in taste and odour measurements, you will probably find this article an interesting read.
